  1. Apply LASH OUT/ LASH LOUD. For LASH OUT, brush upwards onto regular eyelashes until desired length extension and create smooth, longer thin lashes. For LASH LOUD, wiggle it back & forth when pulling outward from the roots of eyelashes, to create curls and volume size lashes. Never forget your bottom lashes!
  2. To further enhance and define eyes for a naturally beautiful look, suggest use a long-lasting PI-BLACK EYELINER to enhance the eye makeup look.
  3. Suggest to remove eye makeup with NEVER LOOK MESSY CLOTH.
