  1. Apply estimate dispense 2-3 pumps per treatment into palm after shampoo and rinse.
  2. Start nourishing your scalp and massage well, a small amount on mid length to ends is also highly recommend as well.
  3. Leave on for 5-10 minutes and your scalp will feel the cooling sensation.
