- Apply LASH OUT/ LASH LOUD. For LASH OUT, brush upwards onto regular eyelashes until desired length extension and create smooth, longer thin lashes. For LASH LOUD, wiggle it back & forth when pulling outward from the roots of eyelashes, to create curls and volume size lashes. Never forget your bottom lashes!
